Features

General purpose type that uses stainless steel for the body material and rubber for the sealing material.
Stainless steel (SUS304) is used for the body and spring. In addition, electrolytic polishing is applied to enhance corrosion resistance.
Sealing material can be freely selected according to fluid and application. Flexible response to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
No grease specification, so no grease is applied to the sealing material.
All parts are cleaned and assembled, inspected and packaged in a clean room.
The plug is equipped with a cap as standard.
SUS316 is made to order.
