Features
Clamp type with different diameter sizes of φ6~φ14.
Hub and middle material is SUS304 sintered for large torque for normal use.
Greater tolerance for eccentricity, deflection angle, vibration, etc. compared to metal disk type.
The polyimide disk type is particularly resistant to misalignment and has high insulation.
[C2 Type Coupling]
emphasis on durability
The C2 series is recommended if you have the space.
In the case of a double disk, since the disk spacing is large, the durability in the same misalignment (eccentricity/declination angle) is increased.
Since the disc is made of resin (polyimide/carbon FRP), fatigue failure due to deflection does not occur like metal discs.
When unexpected excessive torque is applied, the disk first deforms and tenaciously deflects, making it hard to break.
