- Applicable fluids: Air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen gas [Steam for cleaning and sterilization (Maximum temperature 130°C, continuous ventilation within 30 minutes)]
- Primary Pressure: 0.07~1.0 MPa (0.2 MPa or Less for Cleaning/Sterilization Steam)
- Secondary Pressure: C/0.25-0.50 MPa
- Min. differential pressure: 0.05 MPa
- Maximum pressure reduction ratio: 10:1 for cold/hot water, 20:1 for air/carbon dioxide/nitrogen gas
- Fluid temperature: 5~90°C(In the case of steam for cleaning and sterilization, the maximum temperature should be 130°C, and after the steam has been vented, allow at least 4 hours for re-venting the steam.)
