- Floor surfaces such as concrete, mortar and asphalt in verandas, entrances, offices, warehouses, parking lots and flat roofs.
- *PVC sheet, rubber sheet, FRP waterproof surface, urethane waterproof surface cannot be painted.
- *It is not suitable for places that are constantly flooded or soaked in water, or places that are always damp.
- [Precautions for Base Treatment]
- For smooth surfaces, scrub the surface with sandpaper before applying.
- Cracks, holes, lumps and moss should be repaired with cement or caulking material beforehand.
- If the concrete or mortar surface deteriorates significantly, and if it gets powdered or crumbly when touched with your hands, remove it thoroughly and apply Asahi Pen oil-based sealer.
- When applying to new concrete or mortar surfaces, be sure to apply Asahi Pen oil-based sealer or strong permeable water-based sealer more than one month after construction. When applying to asphalt surface, do not apply sealer.
