• If powder sticks to your fingers after touching the old coating film, remove the old coating film with a leather brush, wire brush, sandpaper, etc., and apply.
• When applying this product to a wall with cigarette tar or dirt, wipe off the dirt thoroughly or apply a primer of asahipenya and scum sealer.
• When applying to soil, sand, fiber walls, etc., apply a primer for Asahipen mold paint or a water-based sealer.
• For smooth surfaces, use sandpaper to scrub the surface before applying.
• When applying directly to the iron part, remove rust thoroughly and apply rust paint.
• When applying to concrete or mortar surfaces, be sure to apply Asahi Pen strong permeable aqueous sealer or Asahi Pen oil-based sealer. When applying to new concrete or mortar, please apply more than 1 month after construction.
• For areas with mold or algae, use a mold remover to remove mold or algae before applying.
