Features

We measure walnut-derived allergen in food.
It is difficult to react to foods other than walnut related species, and there are few false positives and false negatives.
The result is judged by the presence or absence of a reddish purple line that appears in the judgment section 20 minutes after dropping the sample solution.
Immunochromatography is used.
The sample solution is only 0.1 ml.
It can also be tested with the sample diluent that comes with other FA tests.
Can be applied to a wide range of foods with or without heat processing.
The test method is simply to drop the prepared sample solution onto the test plate.
The test can be easily performed in 15 to 20 minutes after dropping the sample solution.
