- Small screw-in type oxygen detector and indicator are suitable for measuring oxygen in pipe piping and equipment.
- The MG1000 series is a wall-mounted oximeter that uses a limit-current zirconia oximeter. It is a digital oximeter that can measure oxygen concentration from a low concentration as an oxygen-deficiency meter or oximeter, with various alarm functions as well as display of measured values.

- Uses long-life zirconia oxygen sensing element to maintain high precision and excellent reproducibility.
- Equipped with analog output and alarm relay output as standard.

- Stabilized zirconia is known as an oxygen ion conductor.
- The stabilized zirconia is used as a substrate, and a platinum electrode and an oxygen diffusion limiting hole are formed on one surface of the substrate, and a platinum heater is formed on the other surface.
- In order to obtain practical oxygen ion conductivity, the substrate is heated to several hundred °C by energizing the heater. When a voltage is applied between the electrodes, a current with oxygen ions as carriers flows through the substrate.
- Due to the oxygen diffusion limiting hole formed on the cathode, the amount of oxygen flowing into the cathode is limited, and a flat region (limit current) is observed in the current-voltage characteristics.
- Since the limiting current varies in proportion to the oxygen concentration, it is possible to determine the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere by measuring the limiting current.
