- The inner layer of the wetted part is made of high-purity PFA and has high basic characteristics (purity, chemical resistance, non-adhesion, heat resistance) for semiconductor piping applications.
- Fluoropolymer PFA is used for the inner layer and barrier fluoropolymer is used for the outer layer.
- Barrier fluoropolymer has excellent barrier properties against acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc.) and ammonia.
- Reduces acid permeation compared to conventional PFA tube piping.
- Reduces adverse effects on the surrounding environment.
- Maintains fluid transparency over time.
- It has the same mechanical properties as conventional PFA tubes.
