• 2.Painting and road surface cleaning (do not apply when the road surface is wet)
• 3.Primer application and drying: Apply Zyline S primer. Please wear protective gloves/protective clothing/protective glasses/protective face when applying.
• Please make sure that the product does not accumulate or stain. Dry with your fingers until the primer does not stick.
• 4.Line sheet installation: Place temporarily on the road surface in accordance with the postcard.
• 5.Heating of the sheet: Use a hand burner (φ60 mm LP gas cylinder type) over low heat to blend the sheet into the road surface, and then use a high heat to heat the entire sheet evenly for complete adhesion.
• 6.Cooling, open to traffic: Cure to the extent that you can touch it with your finger and then complete and release the traffic restriction.
• (In summer, please open the road to traffic after lowering the road surface temperature by spraying water 5 minutes after construction.)
