特徴

• "Main application": Heat resistance, antistatic and abrasion resistance for transporting and sucking plastic powder particles. "Heat resistance": Pressure resistant hose with heat resistance up to 100°C that can be used for sucking and pressure feeding (vacuum) of resin raw material. "Wear resistance": Uses special urethane resin that is resistant to abrasion on the inner surface of the hose. More than 3 times abrasion resistance (compared to general resin holding hose). Prevents holes in the hose due to wear and molding defects due to mixing of hose pieces and ground wire (copper wire), and the hose is also long lasting.
• "Static electricity (static electricity) prevention": The composite antistatic structure removes static electricity from the hose to prevent clogging of raw materials and uneven colors. Reduce product loss and production problems. Anti-static effect lasts for a long time
• "Simple grounding": No extra work and shorter working time just by attaching a dedicated grounding clip
