The EUI type comes with a plunger seal cleaning kit.
PEEK and SUS specifications are available for the EUI type material of the welded part. Please choose according to the solution you want to use.

*Constant pressure feeding is a function to adjust the flow rate to the set pressure. The average value of the measured pressure is used and no pulse flow control is performed.
