- The lighting has a color temperature of approximately 6500 K in accordance with the standard illuminant D65 light source defined by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) and JIS. (Visible light wavelength approximated for color evaluation)
- This model is very popular among customers who want to perform color evaluation using the standard Illuminant D65 light source.
- Some customers use it in conjunction with our company's conventional models (XC-500A, XC-500AF) that emit light of the same spectrum as sunlight reaching the surface at noon ±2 hours (color temperature: approximately 5500 K).
- Ideal for color evaluation of pearl and metallic paints because of the simulated sunlight with sufficient illumination.
- There is little change over time. "The average color rendering index is high, but the characteristics of the light change during use." Are you using such a light source?
- Frost (whitish ground glass) filter provides highly uniform light.
- We offer 24 hours and 365 days of sunny weather so that customers can work "all day and all night" even on "rainy or cloudy days."
