• [Overview] The LM361 is an ultrafast differential input and complementary TTL output comparator that can be replaced with the SE529/NE529 in a pin-to-pin manner and has superior characteristics. This device is designed to provide ultra high speed and low input offset. In the overdrive range from 5 mV to 500 mV, the typical delay time varies only 3 ns. This device can operate with an operational amplifier power supply (±15 V). In addition, the complementary outputs are adjusted to minimize the deviation (skew) of characteristics from each other. Applications include high-speed AD converters and zero-crossing detectors in disk file systems. Independent strobe input speed guaranteed: 20 ns (max.)
