Features

  • It is a molded and sintered product mainly consisting of neodymium, iron and boron.
  • Very good magnetic energy is the best existing magnet.
  • Has excellent mechanical strength with few cracks and chips.

  • It is also suitable for manufacturing shapes suited to applications by machining and for trial production in small quantities.
  • It has high magnetic properties, so even a small size can make a magnet with strong magnetic force.
  • As for materials, we handle not only normal materials (N-40) but also strong neodymium (N-52, N-55) and heat-resistant neodymium (N-40SH).
  • The temperature characteristic is low, and for normal materials (N-40), the operating condition is less than 80°C. However, heat-resistant neodymium, which is used under 220°C, is also popular.
  • It is very rusty, so it is treated with nickel plating or other surface treatment.
  • Nickel plating, epoxy coating, nylon coating, fluoroplastic coating, galvanizing and gold plating can be used for surface treatment.
