Features
- It is a high temperature type with a maximum operating temperature of +300°C. It has a stable ability even at high temperatures above 200°C, considering heat resistance in each part including the stirring mechanism.
- In pursuit of safety, in addition to conventional earth-leakage breakers, warnings to prevent excessive temperature rise in the tank, and abnormal sensor warnings, we also installed warnings to reduce the liquid level.
- Regarding the heat medium (silicon oil) to be used, we recommend a heat-resistant type at temperatures above 150°C.
- If the temperature exceeds 100°C in the open state, smoke will be emitted, so be sure to install exhaust gas (flue gas) facilities.
- Note: Even silicone oil (heat-resistant type) is subject to severe operating conditions between 200°C and 300°C. If the temperature exceeds 250°C, the smoke will increase significantly and the life will be shortened due to oxidation, etc., so please take sufficient care.
