• Please design the door so that the stay installation is within the range of the installation instructions.
• At the time of delivery, the brake force is set to maximum, and the brake force decreases when the brake adjustment screw is turned in the tightening direction. Over-tightening the brake adjustment screw can cause damage. Allowable tightening torque: 0.55 N/m or less
• If oil or other substances adhere to the arm operating surface, the braking force may be reduced significantly.
• When attaching to side boards and doors, be sure to observe the vertical degree.
• When multiple units are used on a single door, a difference in the mounting position can concentrate the load on one side of the product and affect its function and life.
• The impact of a dropped door when used without braking can cause damage or failure to the product or door.
• Depending on the operating temperature environment, there may be slight variations in the braking action. Do not use in areas with a large temperature difference. Be sure to check the usability of the product before using it.
