The JSBT4 safety relay from ABB has synchronised dual input channels, within 0.5 s. When both inputs are closed, the safety output contacts are kept closed. The inputs can be continuously short circuited without damaging the safety relay. The test input of the JSBT4 is intended to monitor when contactors or valves have dropped/returned before a new start is permitted. The relay functions safely in the event of component failure, short circuit or loss of power supply. Features and Benefits.
