The difference between Type 1 and Type 2 is in the tolerance, for example: at reference frequency 1kHz, tolerance is ±1.1dB (Type 1) and ±1.4dB (Type 2); at 20Hz, tolerance is ±2.5dB (Class 1) and ±3.5dB (Class 2).
