Features

• It can be used continuously and stably in the temperature range of -120 to 260°C. Autoclave sterilization, dry heat sterilization and ethylene oxide gas sterilization are also possible.
• It has excellent chemical resistance that is not affected by acids, alkalis, oxidants, organic solvents, etc., and can be used for most chemicals other than special chemicals such as fluorine gas, chlorine trifluoride, and molten alkali metals at high temperatures and pressures.
• Due to its hydrophobic nature (repelling water), it is not easily affected by humidity in gas filtration, and there is little adsorption of acidic gases.
• Since the filter is specially treated at the time of manufacturing, there are almost no fibers leaving the filter.
• After filtration, the filter can be washed with chemicals for repeated use.
• Because of its low friction coefficient and other characteristics such as electrical properties, non-adhesion, and mold release, the residue on the filter after filtration can be recovered more easily than cellulose filter paper.
• It is used for high-viscosity organic solvent-based filtration, pre-filtering when there are a lot of suspended solids, and collecting airborne particulate matter in the air.
