• This is Japan's first rubber tech manufacturing method that overturns the conventional rubber-soled safety shoes, which are extremely strong but heavy and stiff and never comfortable.
• Removes static electricity from the soles of shoes and prevents sparks from occurring.
• By using foamed rubber on the midsole, cushioning (JIS additional performance: 20 J or more) and weight reduction not found in rubber sole safety shoes are realized. In addition, the newly developed EVA cup insole greatly improves the impact absorption performance to the heel. The outsole uses foamless rubber with excellent heat and chemical resistance.
• The shaved part is removed, and the soles of the RT700 series with the concept of being extremely light are lightweight among rubber sole safety shoes.
• A heat resistance test was carried out in which a flame of about 1,100°C was placed close to a rubber tech sole and a polyurethane sole for general workplace, and the condition of the sole was compared by radiating for about 10 seconds. Polyurethane soles for general workplace use leach out from the moment they are exposed to a flame. The rubber tech sole which is excellent in heat resistance does not deform even after the flame is emitted.
• The toe shape is designed in R. This is the first safety shoe designed to prevent tripping by eliminating the design that is easily caught in the toe part.
• Slip resistant shoes suitable for work on slippery floor surfaces such as oil and water. There are 3 visually recognizable slip signs on the soles.
