Features

Ultrapure water can be collected simply by preparing pure water (treated water), and the water supply method can be selected from batch type or automatic water supply type.
Three types are available depending on the application: standard type, with UV lamp for organic decomposition, and with UV lamp and TOC meter.
The TOC meter adopts a continuous measurement system.
No contamination and stable accuracy.
Designed for ease of use.
Uses a color LCD display to easily display water quality (Specific resistance, TOC), operation status, tank water storage, and operation history in Chinese characters.
In addition, a dial with a push switch is adopted for setting water collection and water collection operation.
You can reduce the time required to collect water.
