Features
- Distilled water can be further purified by passing it through an organic decomposition UV lamp and a composite cartridge to collect ultrapure water with impurities removed to the extreme.
- Also, with the separately sold ion exchange water sampling unit, ion exchange water can be sampled, and three types of purified water can be sampled.
- Equipped with a high-purity distilled water purification mechanism using an air-vent filter, the system solves the problem that impurities in the atmosphere such as volatile organic compounds, carbon dioxide, fine particles and microorganisms dissolve in distilled water during purification (Patent No. 5532235).
- An example of water quality analysis of purified water is JIS K0557. Ultrapure water, distilled water, and ion exchange water (sold separately) are all at the A4 level and can be purified stably for a long time.
