- Sintering type diamond bar for composite material processing.
- Diamond abrasive grains are sintered in a vacuum oven at a high temperature. The exposure of abrasive grains is large and the abrasive grain density can be controlled arbitrarily. This product has excellent cooling effect during machining and is hard to clog.
- It is suitable for rough machining in which workpiece with large polishing shiro is machined in a short time.
- Composite materials with different hardness and sandwich structure can be uniformly processed.
- Can be used in machining centers and hand grinders (shank diameter Φ6mm/8 mm).
- For trimming, shaping and deburring GFRP/CFRP/metal matrix composites.
