- DNA LoBind tubes can maximize the recovery of nucleic acid samples by reducing the adsorption of nucleic acids to the tube wall. Using a combination of specialized manufacturing techniques and selected polypropylene lots, almost 100% of DNA/RNA can be recovered.
- No surface coating (e.g. silicon) is used to eliminate the possibility of contamination of the sample.
- Test and guarantee that each batch contains no human DNA, DNase, RNase, or PCR inhibitor (PCR clean)
- Precise lid sealing of tubes to minimize evaporation
- Centrifugal force is 30,000 x g for various molecular biology applications (25,000 x g for 2.0 and 5.0 mL tubes, 19,500 x g for 15 and 50 mL conical tubes)
