• 3M™ Z-Axis Electrically Conductive Tape 9703. Introducing the 9703 Electrically conductive tape from 3M™, this pressure sensitive adhesive transfer tape anisotropic electrical conductivity. The adhesive is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (the Z axis) between substrates. The 3M™ 9703 electrically connects and mechanically bonds medium pitch flexible circuits with other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCB) or LCD screens. Its electrically conductive and offers good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR-4 epoxy and polyester films.
