Features
- Standard type dial gauge with outer diameter of outer frame φ57 mm and grain size 0.001/0.005 mm. All models come with limit needle and outer frame clamp as standard.
- The outer frame clamp and lifting lever (optional) can be mounted on either side. In addition, it can be easily installed and removed without any tools.
- Secrecy of the outer frame and the Oy plate is ensured, and O-rings are incorporated to prevent water and oil from entering from the front.
- The stem spindle is stainless steel quenched. Has high strength to withstand hard use.
- A measuring instrument made of cemented carbide is used.
- Special alloys are used for sector gears to improve wear resistance.
- Jewelry bearings are used for the bearings. Excellent indication sensitivity and durability.
- A hard coating is applied to the surface of the Oy plate to provide excellent scratch and chemical resistance.
