• The Preventa Modular Safety Controller XPSMCM is designed to monitor safety configurations and can be configured with SoSafe configuration software.　The Safety Controller CPU can also be used as a stand-alone device or connected to one of the expansion units in the XPSMCM system.　Expansion units include modules for I/O expansion, relay output, communications expansion, speed monitoring, and insecure fieldbus communications.　The expansion unit has a compact design of 22.5 x 99 x 114.5 mm and is the same size as a standard safety relay.
