Features
- It is a molded and sintered product mainly made of neodymium, iron and boron, and its excellent magnetic energy is the highest in existing magnets.
- Has excellent mechanical strength with few cracks and chips.
- The main advantage is that it is cheaper than Samakova magnet of the same rare earth magnet.
- It can be machined to produce shapes suitable for use, and is suitable for trial production in small lots.
- It has high magnetic properties, so even a small size can make a magnet with high magnetic force.
- We handle not only normal materials (N-40) but also strong neodymium (N-52, N-55) and heat-resistant neodymium (N-40SH).
- The temperature characteristic is low, and for normal materials (N-40), the operating condition is less than 80°C. However, heat-resistant neodymium, which is used under 220°C, is also popular.
- Since it is very easy to rust, it is mainly treated with nickel plating. In addition, surface treatments such as electroless nickel plating, epoxy, gold plating, nylon, fluoroplastic, and zinc plating are also possible.
