Features

For binoculars, Canon adopted a shift type optical image stabilization mechanism for the first time.
Supports power IS for low-frequency shaking. Can be switched to a generic IS.
Achieves continuous image stabilization for approximately 10 hours. Superspectral coating prevents flares and ghosts (under 25°C manufacturer test conditions).
Curved surface design with excellent holding property.
Uses a doublet field flatner lens.
The shortest focusing distance is 2 m.
