Features

Drying of samples with excellent washability to prevent contamination.
Drying, moisture degassing, and solvent removal of trace samples.
The pressure reducing port and leak port are located below the hot plate surface so that air does not directly contact the sample.
The leak port is located below the hot plate surface to prevent condensation water from dripping when leaking, ensuring contamination-free drying.
The structure is designed to reduce the pressure from around the hot plate surface.
