Features

A M 12 at the bottom of the body is used to secure the floating clamp to the base plate of the jig (the wrench is 46 mm wide on both sides).
Adjust the vertical and rotational position of the stopper (red cover) and secure it with 3 set screws (hex wrench is 2.5 mm across).
It should be fixed with sufficient clearance in the upward direction (because of the dimensional tolerance of the work).
Handling clamp procedure: Press down on the entire cap portion of the floating clamp.
Turn the mouthpiece to hold the work piece (adjust the position of the stopper beforehand).
When you release your hand, the lower mouthpiece contacts the workpiece with a small spring force.
Tighten the hex nut (double-sided 18 mm wide) (Minimum torque 15 Nm, maximum torque 30 Nm).
At this time, the work is clamped, and at the same time, the entire mouthpiece is fixed in the vertical direction.
Unclamping is the reverse procedure.
