Features

• This tape is unfired tetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE) tape (raw tape).
• Ideal for sealing male screws and female screws to screw them.
• Since it is a raw tape, it is easy to screw in and remove.
• After wrapping the tape around the male thread with a little tension, pull the tape and cut it, and lightly blend the cut end into the thread with your finger.
• Do not incinerate used products or scrap of seal tape.
• Clean the male screw part and the female screw part of the other side with a wire brush, etc., and remove oil, dust, chips and other foreign matter.
• Since the screw is usually a right screw, it will be tightened clockwise, so please wrap the seal tape in the same direction. If you wrap it in the opposite direction and tighten it, the tape will loosen and become loose, pushing the tape out and causing leakage.
• Start winding from the position where the tip of the thread leaves 1~2 threads. If the tape is wound from the tip, a scrap of tape will enter the fluid when it is tightened, causing damage to the downstream equipment or malfunction.
