• Integrated with precision needle valve, flow control is also possible.
• Supports instantaneous flow rate display and accumulated flow rate display.
• External output of the flow rate signal is possible.
• There are two alarm outputs for flow monitoring.
• Can be driven by DC24V power supply only (optional AC adapter: PSK-38DSII).
• If requested, it can be made for fluids other than AIR (N2, H2, He, Ar, O2, CO2, and other gases). Please consult me.
