- This is a composite gasket in which the surface of rubber (EPDM) is covered with fluoropolymer (PTFE) only at the contact part.
- This is an easy to handle gasket that has the advantages of heat resistance, chemical resistance, and non-stick properties of PTFE, while retaining the "elasticity" that is the advantage of rubber. * Maximum working pressure:
- (1) 0 MPa * Operating temperature: - 30°C to (1) 50°C.
- It complies with "Food Sanitation Act No. 370" and "FDA standards."
- Application: Various filling lines (sterile preparations, biologics, etc.) lead to a reduction in the cleaning process during flavor changes.
