  • Equipped with a unique Z control function that complements the conventional PID control, the rise time has been reduced by up to 37% (compared to our company conventional products) while reducing overshoot. Temperature stability during low-temperature operation has also been improved.
  • Easy-to-view display and easy-to-use operation panel.
  • Equipped with power/CO2 emission monitoring function.
  • Various support functions such as program operation, auto start/stop operation, timer function, and calibration offset function are provided as standard.
  • Input/output function (optional) 4-20 mA analog output, external communication (RS485) terminal, alarm output, operation signal, time up, event.
  • Equipped with safety device: Detect accidental disconnection of heater by unit and prevent abnormal heating due to disconnection. It is equipped with independent excess rise prevention device and ground fault breaker as standard.
  • The structure can store a vacuum pump, so you can use the limited space effectively. In addition, a sliding vacuum pump rack can be installed in the storage room for easy maintenance.
