(35 ~60% reduction in installed area/capacity compared to our company's previous models) • Uses a highly reliable heat-resistant HEPA filter to achieve Class 100 cleanliness up to max. 360°C (DTS82 model). In addition, a high-performance HEPA filter is adopted to achieve suppression of dust generation during temperature elevation. The DES82H type is always Class 100, and the DTS82H type prevents dust generation up to Class 500 when the temperature rises and falls.
