Features

  • Since the fine powder sample is heated instantaneously, the dry fine powder sample itself is not subjected to high temperature, so even a thermally unstable sample can be safely obtained.
  • The prepared fine powder is not oxidized, has a low water content, and is free from contamination.
  • Since it is dried directly from a solution or suspension sample to a fine powder form, there is no need for pretreatment and post-treatment operations such as filtration, separation, and grinding, which accompany conventional drying methods, and it can be safely used regardless of contamination problems caused by a series of operations.
  • The ADL311S-A model, which is compatible with organic solvents, was prepared by connecting the ADL311-A type, which is used exclusively for water-soluble samples, to the standard model ADL type, and the solvent recovery device GAS410 type.
  • One-touch attachment/detachment mechanism has been adopted for drying chambers and cyclones, further improving operability.
  • An arm jack is provided as standard for convenient attachment and removal.
  • Standard equipment includes a service outlet (maximum 2A) to which a mag-mixer for stirring suspended samples can be connected, and a sample stand on which samples can be placed.
  • Stable spray drying is achieved through the use of our unique Perista pump, nozzle cooling mechanism, pulse jet mechanism, and nozzle knocker.
  • It has a global product structure with multiple power supplies and Japanese, English and Chinese display on the touch panel.

  • Food and medicine: powdered milk, egg yolk, soy sauce, coffee, starch, protein, hormones, serum, antibiotics, enzymes, flavoring, extracts, etc.
  • Organic chemistry: waxes, dyes, detergents, surfactants, pesticides, preservatives, synthetic resins, dyes, etc.
  • Inorganic chemistry: ferrite, ceramics, photocopy toner, magnetic tape materials, photosensitive materials, various industrial chemicals, sample waste liquid, etc.
