特徴

• Can perform more than twice as heavy cutting (feed speed) for drilling of stainless steel, alloy difficult-to-cut materials, etc., and can perform high-speed drilling with a step up.
• Since the center ring performance is good, no punch is required, and the hole diameter accuracy matches well.
• The special cross and point thinning on the tip web allows for excellent sharpness because of the excellent penetration.
• Since there is little idling (abrasion caused by rubbing friction on the edge of the blade) without cutting which is seen in standard drills, it is several times more durable when rotating normally.
• The speed of rotation, speed of feed, and durability increase efficiency, reduce the number of re-polishing, and greatly reduce the running cost.
