特徴

• High temperature tempering (520~550°C) provides a high hardness of 61±1HRC and excellent performance in terms of strength and abrasion resistance.
• It has approximately 2 times the toughness of the SKD11, and is expected to prevent cracking and chipping and improve its life.
• It is advantageous in terms of machining because it has excellent cutting and grinding properties due to the refinement of carbide.
• High temperature tempering reduces residual stress, enabling high precision machining by wire EDM.
• The alloy design with improved hardenability makes it ideal for vacuum heat treatment.
