Features
- Ideal for removing jig plates.
- Push up the unclamped/lifted jig plate with Q-lock element until it does not interfere with the pin.
- Reduces damage to the locate pin during removal of the jig plate and reduces the burden on the operator.
- Compact, large-stroke (31.8~43.9 mm) lift cylinder.
- The thickness when lowering the cylinder is thinner than the flange of the Q-lock element, and does not interfere with the positioning and fixing of the Q-lock element.
- The pushing force is 2.2~42.8KN and can handle large workpieces.
