特徴
- It is an actuator for an inverted microscope type objective lens with piezo element mounted on the actuator and a digital sensor for feedback.
- Compact and capable of high-speed, high-resolution positioning.
- The movement amount is 100 μm in the open.
- Two types of upright type and an inverted type are available for integration into various microscopes.
- As with the Sigma Fine Stage series, it can be driven by a controller (FINE-01γ/503 (CL)).
- Since it supports the RS232C, GP-IB (FINE-503 (CL) only), and USB interfaces, it is possible to easily control the position from a PC by using the measurement and control software SGEMCS, SGTERM, and SGSFSX.
- Adapters are available to suit the size of the objective lens screws of each manufacturer.
- The SFS-OBL-2 has improved environmental resistance, such as humidity, compared to the SFSOBL-1 by adopting a metal-enclosed piezo actuator.
- * The movement amount at the time of closing is about 20% of that at the time of opening.
