Precision stage for fine adjustment in 3-axis direction.
Since the θ axis (rotation) stage is placed at the top, it is possible to rotate the sample concentrically after centering (for example, centering adjustment with the scale plate of the microscope) adjustment on the XY axis stage.
Since all the XY axis stages use side type, there is little protrusion of the micrometer head and no extra space is taken up.
The TSD-1207SH has a pierced hole of φ50 mm, allowing light to pass through.
The effective transmission diameter of the stage is φ42 mm.
Ideal for observation stage for transmission of microscope, etc.
