Features
- It is a grinding type θ axis (rotation) coarse motion stage that can rotate 360° of coarse motion and fine motion (selection from micrometer head or fine pitch screw).
- For rough movement, the upper surface of the stage is directly rotated, and for fine movement, the rough part is clamped and performed with a micrometer head or fine pitch screw (±5°).
- All of them are made of stainless steel, so they have excellent corrosion resistance.
- Vacuum grease (YVAC2) is used for both the stage body and the micrometer head.
