- It is also ideal for use in airtight, narrow spaces that dislike outgassing.
- * Due to the Z-axis structure, the springs in the stage may not be able to withstand the load and may stretch out. Therefore, it is not possible to install and use the stage in the reverse direction.
- * Due to the structure applying the principle of leverage, there is a deviation (about ±0.02 mm per 0.5 mm/1 rotation of the micrometer head) in the feed amount relative to the scale depending on the position of the moving amount.
