Features

• This Z-axis stage uses the principle of leverage to transfer horizontal micrometer operations to vertical movement.
• Since it moves in contact with the R groove of the guide by 4 points of the steel ball, it is stable in all directions and can adjust the height with high accuracy.
• Table faces that you move up and down will move more smoothly and horizontally.
• Stainless steel type (TSDS) is available for vacuum applications.
• Products with FP at the end of the part number use fine pitch screws.
• Please note that this is not an ordinary micrometer head.
• When operating with a screw pitch of 0.25 mm, a hexagonal wrench or an optional hexagonal wrench with knob (KCL) is required.
• * Due to its structure, the springs in the stage may not be able to withstand the load and may stretch out, so it is not possible to install and use the stage in the direction of the reverse direction.
• * Due to the structure applying the principle of leverage, there is a deviation (about ±0.02 mm per 0.5 mm/1 rotation of the micrometer head) in the feed amount relative to the scale depending on the position of the moving amount.
