Features
- A lightweight, high-precision, direct movement stage with a rectangular stage surface that uses a cross roller guide on the aluminum stage body.
- It is driven by a screw feed system (2 mm pitch) and can move the stage to the suds with less load using an adjustment handle.
- The standard type has a scale with a minimum reading of 1 mm on the side of the stage and a sule with 1 rotation and 100 divisions on the side of the handle (minimum reading of 20 μm).
