Stainless steel stage for vacuum (TSDS-251) is available.
Products with FP at the end of the part number use fine pitch screws.
Please note that this is not an ordinary micrometer head.
When operating with a screw pitch of 0.25 mm, a hexagonal wrench or an optional hexagonal wrench with knob (KCL) is required.
