特徴
- This is the highest performance vibration isolator with high vibration isolation effect in both vertical and horizontal directions, because horizontal vibration isolation is carried out by the three-dimensional vibration isolation method using the "universal mechanism (applying the pendulum principle)" and vertical vibration isolation is carried out by the "precision air spring."

- The bench has a honeycomb core shape and is made of aluminum, so it is lightweight and has excellent rigidity.
