Features
- Fabry-Perot resonators (cavities) are used to obtain the ultimate accuracy of distance and time using light.
- In order to improve the performance of this resonator, the super mirror is an ultra-high performance mirror with the reflectivity as close as possible to 1.
- Dense, defect-free, high-quality films have been deposited using ion beam sputtering (IBS).
- Using a special polishing technique, we use a low scattering substrate with a surface roughness of Ra0.1nm or less.
- We have achieved a reflective film with a reflectivity of 99.999% through our long-established film design technology.
- The scattering loss due to the substrate and film is very small, and very narrow spectral width and high finesse can be expected when the cavity is constructed.
- Available in 2 types with wavelengths of 532 nm and 1064 nm.
- * When the mirror is used alone, it does not transmit due to its high reflectivity.
- * In order to use the transmitted light, please assemble the cavity before use.
- * Handle and measure the mirror in a clean environment.
- * Trash, dust, and even trace amounts of gas in the air can greatly affect the measured value.
- * If the cavity is composed of two flat mirrors, the output from the cavity may become unstable.
- * If you are configuring a stable cavity, make sure that one or both of them are concave mirrors.
