Because of its short focal length and high NA, it can be used to make a laser beam a divergent beam. Because it is used in a microscope, chromatic aberration is corrected in the visible range (400~700 nm). The OBL-40 and OBL-60 have a structure in which the tip of the lens retracts with a spring when the tip of the lens collides with the glass slide. OBL is a finite objective lens that can form a magnified image without an imaging lens. When attaching to a microscope, use a finite lens barrel with a mechanical length of 160 mm. The distance from the torso of the objective lens to the image plane is 150 mm. An objective lens (OBL) is used in a special filter (SFB) to correct wavefront distortion of a laser beam. A holder (LHO) for securing the objective lens is provided. An adapter (TAT-18OA) is also provided for use in the cross-motion holder (TAT). * Do not use with high power laser. * This objective lens is a finite system. Using an infinite lens barrel can cause problems with focus and resolution.
